How it works?

  • Install ShortPixel Website Optimizer on your PHP website.
  • Select the folder you want to optimize.
  • Watch the optimization progress in the browser.
  • After the optimization is done, you can check the optimization percentage for each image.
  • As pictures get added to the folder, you can select again the folder for optimization and only the newly added images will be optimized.
  • Alternatively use the suggested cron job to automatically optimize new images, as they're added.
